Welcome to CK's Deposit Agreement page.  If you have made it to this section, we know you are serious about adding a Coton de Tulear or Havanese to your life.

To get acquainted with our guarantees to you, as well as our expectations of a potential new home for our puppies, please read through our agreements below.

Sample Deposit Agreement

To reserve a puppy that is currently available or a future puppy, actual agreements should be submitted to us by fax.  Please consider your deposit agreement a promise to purchase your puppy.

For puppies being shipped, please be sure your shipping addendum and any remaining balance due reaches us at least 7 days before the flight so we can properly prepare for your puppy's travel.

Shipping Addendum

To pay any remaining balance due by Master Card or Visa, please submit your authorization for charges by fax.  Please note there will be a $50.00 processing fee added when final payment is made by credit card. 

Thank you for your interest in our little ones .  We promise to provide you with your choice of puppy as soon as possible after we have received your Deposit Agreement.
